Warm Wishes from the Front Porch

As promised I have the makings of our 2015 Christmas porch.  I kept to the simple theme this year.  I hope it makes our neighbors and guests feel merry and bright.  During our date night this week we rode around the neighborhood for inspiration.  I was mostly inspired by the peppermint chocolate chip milky deliciousness I inhaled as Thomas drove. We’ll here’s what I came up with!

The usual companions remained; I stuffed our larger lantern with garland a red ornaments.  Our smaller one was filled with pinecones and red ornaments.

My grandma’s basement milk jug find is toped with this cutie and some ribbon as a tree skirt.

I like to think of my house as a present, so I put a bow on the door.  Okay, not really, but I thought it was a fun way to switch up the usual wreath!

Most of the porch decor we’ve had for a while or found, but the ribbon, tiny tree, and grapevine wreath were purchased at Micheal’s and it’s on sale!  I’m a push over for a good sale.  Well, hope you are still enjoying the holiday season with friends and family!

Much cheer,
